MULTIMEDIA LABORATORY
In the National Bank of Mexico, there was a technological research laboratory called ITB, from my participation in it, I developed the "Banamex Multimedia Laboratory", for the development of content for Branches, ATMs, Digital Channels and Staff Training.

Business Intelligence and Datawarehouse
Being part of the HSBC Reengineering team, we implemented the integration strategy of more than 15 Datawarehouses for different business areas, which generated an expense of 8MUSD per year to reduce it to 3MUSD, allowing the consolidation of information in a single specialized repository based on a Teradata appliance. Which allowed to improve the quality and timeliness of the Analytics.
Monetary Logistics
As part of the HSBC Reengineering project, the behavior of the point of loading and dispersion of cash in ATMs was statistically and analytically analyzed, generating an intelligent algorithm that maximized the number of successful deliveries and minimized the financial cost and transfer of values. Producing an annual saving of 5MUSD for the ATM network.
Technological infrastructure
The Mexico City International Airport (AICM) the most important airport hub in Latin America with more than 850 aeronautical operations a day and more than 22 million passengers a year, upon receiving private investment, it was decided that Airports and Auxiliary Services, its main provider of technology services, will retire almost all of the systems infrastructure, with the exception of two vital systems. Therefore, we were invited to implement the AICM systems area, thus creating the new data network with GigaBit SmartSwitches, microwave link, intranet, extranet and computer services for the development of applications and support. In these areas, I was the designer and main person in charge, including the selection of technological solutions and personnel.
