I have more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, solving in an innovative way problems and needs related to the optimization of processes, technological projects, particularly those related to business intelligence, reengineering.  and robotic process automation.

This has led me to intervene in areas such as Monetary Logistics, Dispersion of Permanent ATMs, Credit Cards, Mortgage Processes, Business Intelligence and Datawarehouse, among others.

July 2020 - 2021   TELEPERFORMANCE - Senior Manager of Technology, Automation and Process Improvement 

This global company of French origin with a presence in 170 countries specialized in contact centers has a technology area focused on user satisfaction through digital transformation. In this unit I collaborated on Chatbot projects, robotic process automation and topics related to artificial intelligence such as audio-to-text transcription.

July 2019 - 2020     PROBOT - Process Robotics Consultant

Responsible for the design and deployment of the architecture and infrastructure for the company's process robotics in a Cloud environment (AWS). PROBOT provides consulting, analysis, design and deployment services of autobots for process automation.

I provided support to different projects related to Process Robotics, for business automation and efficiency.

I am interested in topics related to RPA architecture, as well as the use of iBPM and AI in business processes.


Sep 2016 - Dec 2018   Santander, Deputy Director Golden Sources Market Risk

In charge of the government and management of the applications "Golden Sources" or "Sources of Reputed Information for GBM Market Risks", called "Market Risk Information (MRI) & Management Information System (MIS)"  through which the generation of information for the P&L of the Country is carried out as well as the calculation of the  Market Metrics (Financial Greeks). Of these areas in my charge, we managed to reduce operation incidents by up to 60% and implement a management model that accelerated the response time to application incidents.

Additionally, I was entrusted with the management of the operation parametry and market vectors, that is, the processing of all the rates, prices, instruments and configurations related to the market operating systems. For this area we managed to reduce operational risk.

Grupo Financiero HSBC is one of the largest financial and banking groups in Mexico, with 1,078 branches, 6,134 ATMs, and approximately eight and a half million customers. Assets MXN $ 496,054 million. 
As corporate deputy director of DWH (DataWare House), I reengineered the business intelligence processes and services, strategic information analysis, Data Governance, DataMarts infrastructure and application architecture, data source CRM and BI for Mexico and Latin America.

May 2006 - 2009     HSBC México, BTU PFS Deputy Director 

From the sub-direction I implemented reengineering projects (SixSigma), DWH and critical systems for strategic business areas, such as personal banking (PFS), TDC,  ATMs, among others, using analytical and process simulation models and resource optimization techniques, thereby positively impacting yields in Mexico and the region.

Jan 1999 - Sep 2002   Mexico City International Airport ((AICM) / IT Assistant Manager

The AICM is the largest metropolitan airport in Latin America, serving more than 26 million passengers a year and supporting around 890 daily landing and take-off operations.

I did the planning and instrumentation of the infrastructure and systems architecture. Support for critical business and operational applications (radar replication, ground operation tower systems and aircraft-to-platform assignment). I instrumented the data telecommunications infrastructure. (PBX, FO BackBone, microwave links, SmartSwitches) and reengineering.

Jan 1991 - December 1998     Banco Nacional de México, SA (BANAMEX) / Senior Systems Engineer

Within the Information and Banking Technology Laboratory (ITB) I developed analysis and approval of technology. Additionally, I performed functions in different areas on topics of: local networks, Development and - Design and instrumentation of the corporate multimedia laboratory  (ATMs, e-learning, etc.)
